Year in review. 9 Habits I want to keep in 2023

2022 has come to an end, and it is the time of the year when we draw the line and see what we've achieved and who or what we are grateful for. I wanted to take a few minutes and be thankful for the habits that helped me progress across different streams.

2022 has come to an end, and it is the time of the year when we draw the line and see what we’ve achieved and who or what we are grateful for.

And I am no exception from my year in review, and I decided to share the (more or less healthy) habits I will keep in 2023. Habits that helped me progress — no matter the pace.

Some of these are related to my physical or mental health, productivity, or just things that gave me a feel-good vibe.

Here are the 9 (nine) habits I will keep in 2023, and I (unsolicitedly) recommend them to others as well.

  1. No TV. At all.
    It is my 10th year with no TV, and it's one of the best things I did to increase the quality of my time. It gave me more time to engage with others around me, no more negative and toxic noise in the background, flashy…
